My Goals
Desire
I desire to become as athletic and better than I used to be when I was an athlete:basketball player, and a track runner.
Belief
I truly belive that I can and will be able to exercise enough without fatigue to reach this goal.
Analyze where you are now
From analyzing my results from my fitness tests, it looks like that I have a long way to go before I can actually reach my designated level of fitness.
Set Realistic Goals
In order for me to reach my designated level of fitness, I have to run a mile at least once a day to improve my muscular endurance and my cardiovascular endurance. I have to also do 3*10 reps with 10lb weights to improve my muscular strength.
